Refund policy

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at tibettreeoflife@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

HOLIDAY ORDERS
Anything bought between 26 November and 30 December can be returned up to 15 January.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refundable. If your order shipped free, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend a trackable service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Printable and digital downloads cannot be returned, because they are delivered instantly and cannot be sent back.
Earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photograph and we will make it right at our cost.

ABOUT HANDMADE
Our textiles are block printed and stitched by hand. Small differences in print placement, color and finish are how these pieces are made, not flaws, and they are not grounds for return. Every piece is a little different. That is the point of it.
