Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Every order is packed and sent from our shop at 460 Main Street, Beacon, New York.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend go out the next business day.

During market season — November and December — we are often at Bryant Park and Snowport in Boston, and dispatch can take a little longer. We will always tell you if it will.

RATES AND DELIVERY
Standard shipping within the United States is $9.95 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.95 from 5 to 15 lb, and $34.95 above that.

Expedited shipping is $26.00 and is offered at checkout on orders up to 5 lb.

Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 days once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $89 ship free within the United States.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 3 days, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us, and we will resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping charge and we cannot predict them. We are not able to intervene in packages held by a customs agency.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will happily resend it, but the original shipping is not refundable and a new shipping charge applies.

PICKUP IN STORE
You can collect your order free from our Beacon shop. Choose it at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.
